Shipping policy

Orders are processed within 2–4 business days and shipped within the United States only. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the item’s size, weight, destination, and carrier rates.

Tracking information will be provided once your order ships. Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, or holidays.

Local pickup is available in Decatur, Alabama for eligible items. Please wait for confirmation before arriving. Pickup orders should be collected within 7 days unless other arrangements are made.

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. Additional charges may apply if an order is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address.

The Flip Side is not responsible for packages marked delivered, lost, stolen, or delayed by the carrier.

Report shipping damage within 48 hours of delivery and include your order number, photos of the item, packaging, shipping box, and label. Keep all packaging until the claim is resolved.

Large, heavy, fragile, or local-pickup-only items may have special shipping restrictions. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless we made an error.
