All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of our resale inventory, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, fit, buyer’s remorse, or other preference-based reasons.

The Flip Side sells a variety of new, new-old-stock, open-box, vintage, and pre-owned merchandise. Many items are one-of-a-kind. We make every effort to accurately photograph and describe each item’s condition, including known flaws or signs of previous use when applicable. Please review the product description and photos carefully before purchasing.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective beyond what was disclosed in the product listing, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us at info@theflipsidestore.com as soon as possible after delivery.

Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs of the item and packaging when applicable.

We will review the issue and work with you on an appropriate resolution. Depending on the circumstances, this may include a replacement when available or a refund.

Items must not be returned without contacting us first.
